Payment Information and Schedule

Pricing is determined by hotel room occupancy. Students will automatically be grouped in fours unless they are traveling with family, in which case the family will be charged according to room occupancy. Currently, this price applies to all attendees, regardless of whether chaperones are riding the bus. Please note that pricing is subject to change. I am hopeful we will be able to lower this cost for students as we approach the new year. 

Attendee Pricing:

• Quad Hotel Room: $1,059.00

• Triple Room: $1,109.00

• Double Room: $1,170.00

• Single Room: $1,479.00

Payment Schedule:

Updated Trip Payment Schedule

• November 1, 2026: $350 for families who paid Trip Installment #1 by September 15; $700 for families making their first payment after September 15.

• January 1, 2027: Remaining balance due.
