Simply put... I'm a man who wants to give it all away.

The "secrets", the strategies, the models, the everything... If its going to help you grow, and I have access to it, then you get it. Period.

My vision is to help not only our team but also kids entering entrepreneurship. I love helping kids know and understand that there is more to what they want to do then what is taught to them. Could you imagine being told that you could start your own business in middle or high school? Could you imagine how much time you'd have to fail forward?!

2015 - Rookie of the Year out of almost 1500 agents in our local REALTOR Association

2015 - Helped grow a real estate team to do approx. $12M first yr (price point approx. $150k)

2016 - Became the CEO of a Keller Williams office where we broke all time records every month

2018 - Started Proven By Ruben Biz Dev (coaching) partnered w/ The Locker Room Coaching and started, from the ground up, a Productivity Coaching business out of two Keller Williams offices where we broke all time records ever month

2019 - Became Vice President of Business Development within The Locker Room Coaching

2020 – Left Keller Williams and came to eXp where I made it in the Top 1% eXp Influencers

2020 - Founder of the P.A.S.S. PLAY (Prospecting Auto Sales System)

2021 - Started teaching in eXp University (Agent Attraction, Time Mgmt, Prospecting)

2021 - 80%+ of our income became passive

2021 - our eXp organization closed 1014 homes

The Real Behind the Scenes

Grew up with a single mom (tough as nails) who raised two boys on a teacher’s salary. 

Moved out when I was 19 into a foreclosure with no heat (if you dont count opening the oven).

Single father at the age of 20 and raised her since she was 3 weeks old.

During my first half of being licensed, we were on food stamps, WIC, daycare assistance, etc. 

I was dual career. First 10 mths of getting license I was also working at UPS (12yr career) before I quit to go full time into real estate. 

Worked nights at UPS. Many nights getting 2-3hrs of sleep before the day began with my youngest daughter.

Wrote “time to get to work” on all clocks in my house and put inspirational quotes on both TVs to help me get thru the times I wanted to quit.

Had smear campaigns about my character once I left my last firm (the red one) that spread like wildfire while they went after my license 3 times the first year I had left them.

I’ve lost more money and “friends” entering real estate than I ever thought imaginable.

This is why we push "who you are in business with matters"

Yes, we have some amazing wins, but it takes work to get there.

We don't sugar coat anything and give you the raw details to make sure you succeed.
