1. Overview

PROTOKOL-Ø is a free mobile game with optional in-app purchases. By downloading and using this application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PROTOKOL-Ø on your personal device for your own entertainment. You may not:

3. Free Content and In-App Purchases

PROTOKOL-Ø is free to download. Modules 1 and 2 are playable at no cost. The remaining modules may be unlocked with a single optional one-time purchase. Hint packs are also available as optional consumable purchases.

All payments are processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). The app never sees or stores your payment card, billing address, or any financial information. We receive only an anonymous confirmation from the store that a purchase was completed, which the app records on your device to keep your unlocked content available.

Prices vary by region and may change over time. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and may be restored on other devices signed in to the same account using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

4. Refunds

Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not process refunds; the store's policies apply. Both platforms offer a limited grace period to request a refund after purchase — refer to your store's support page for details.

5. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the application or use it on a different device, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app. This requires you to be signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to make the purchase. Restoring purchases does not incur additional charges.

6. Content and Age Rating

PROTOKOL-Ø contains psychological thriller and dystopian themes. The game explores ethically complex scenarios and has a clinical, unsettling tone. The application contains no graphic violence, sexual content, or gambling mechanics.

We recommend the game for players 13 and older. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the game's content before allowing younger players to use it. The age rating in your region's app store (ESRB, PEGI, etc.) reflects these themes.

7. Network and Availability

PROTOKOL-Ø runs entirely offline after installation. You do not need an internet connection to play the main game. An internet connection is required to make in-app purchases or restore previous purchases.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of in-app purchase functionality, as this depends on Apple and Google's services. If either platform experiences downtime, purchase and restore features may be temporarily unavailable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

PROTOKOL-Ø is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises that the application is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use PROTOKOL-Ø, including loss of data or game progress. If any law in your jurisdiction does not allow this limitation, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the application, or zero if you did not make a purchase.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of service at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App Store listing or a notice in the application itself. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
