PROTOKOL-Ø is a paid, single-purchase mobile game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is and is not collected when you use the application.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

PROTOKOL-Ø does not:

Collect any personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Require account registration or login
Transmit your game progress to any server
Display advertisements
Include subscriptions
Use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
Access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location

2a. In-App Purchases

PROTOKOL-Ø is free to download. Modules 1 and 2 are playable at no cost. A single optional one-time purchase unlocks the remaining modules, and optional hint packs are available.

All payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. The app never sees, receives, or stores your name, payment card, billing address, or any other financial information. We receive only an anonymous confirmation from the store that a purchase for this app was completed, which the app records on your device so your unlocked content stays available.

Purchase history is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to any account with us — we do not operate accounts. Restoring purchases asks the store, not our servers.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All game data (progress, decisions, settings, language preference) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the application.

4. Local Notifications

PROTOKOL-Ø may request permission to send local notifications as optional reminders. These notifications are generated entirely on your device; no data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

PROTOKOL-Ø does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected from any user, the application is safe for all age groups as rated on the App Store.

6. Third-Party Services

The application does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or data-sharing services. The only third-party framework used is Expo (React Native), which operates entirely on-device for this application.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be made available through the App Store listing. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
