Protocol Breakdown has in game purchases using in game currency and also including real money. Any items bought in game will not be refunded including real money purchases. Our in game currency (Special Bananas) can be bought and spent buying cosmetics or any other special item.

Please note:

- All purchases are final.

- We do not offer refunds for any in-game items, currency, or cosmetic purchases.

- Once an item is purchased, it is permanently linked to your account and cannot be removed or refunded.

By completing a purchase in the game you agree to this refund policy. You will no longer have the currency spent and the item will not be refundable
