We recommend that you use the short licence objection form below which can be completed with your details and emailed within a couple of minutes.
Alternatively use the blank form if you want to make your own personal comments or for a detailed objection use the full objection form.
You will need to download it to your device, fill it in with your details and any objections. This this takes 5 mins on a computer, it is possible but a little more fiddly on a mobile
