Can I object if I am Tenant not an owner?
Yes you can object and we would encourage you to do so as the more support to reject the applications the better. Remember you will be the one experiencing the additional noise and potentially antisocial behaviour.

Objections must be recieved by the 24 August 2023. Yes time is tight but we would encourage you to object as soon as possible to ensure they are counted in the objection.

Bath Riverside is a quiet residential area with a lovely community park and feel. The addition of a Live music venue which does not even serve food is not adding to the amenity of the area and is potentially disruptive to the apartments nearby and attracting additional noise and potential for Public Order which is not needed.
