Every project starts with a conversation and a written scope, so you know exactly what you are getting. The fees below are indicative. Your quote depends on team size, methods and time, and any extra work is quoted separately.

All packages are delivered remotely, except the Advanced Research & Improvement Programme and the Ongoing Workplace Well-being Partnership, which include some on-site work. If you’d like on-site sessions added to another package, we can arrange this for a small additional fee.

Packages are Quoted independently, but below is a good indication of what you can expect:

Package 1: Workplace Diagnostic & Recommendations

Conduct a workplace diagnostic.
Analyse findings and identify areas for improvement.
Deliver a report with tailored recommendations.
Follow-up after 3 weeks.
Follow-up after 3 months to assess progress and determine whether re-evaluation is needed.

With this package, you’ll implement the recommended improvements independently. If you’d prefer hands-on support with implementation, explore our other packages.

Package 2: Workplace Diagnostic & Implementation

Conduct a workplace diagnostic.
Deliver a report with tailored recommendations.
Develop an improvement plan.
Support the implementation of recommended changes.
Engage with employees and relevant stakeholders.
Recommend practical exercises, development activities and team-building opportunities.
Facilitate workshops and activities where required.
Refer clients to suitable external service providers when appropriate.

With this package, you’ll implement the recommended improvements independently. We’ll remain available as a point of reference, offering guidance and suggestions to help you determine the best way forward.

Package 3: Advanced Research & Improvement Programme

Conduct advanced diagnostic research into workplace behaviour, motivation and professional well-being.
Analyse findings and identify underlying issues.
Develop a tailored improvement programme lasting 6–12 weeks.
Manage and coordinate the implementation process.
Facilitate workshops, group exercises and team-building activities.
Engage with employees and management throughout the programme.
Monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
Refine the programme based on findings and feedback.

With this package, we implement the recommended improvements alongside you, working collaboratively to create meaningful, lasting change within your organisation, eventually we leave you with the tools to continue the process yourself.

Package 4: Ongoing Workplace Well-being Partnership

Conduct ongoing workplace assessments.
Monitor employee morale, motivation and professional well-being.
Identify emerging issues and opportunities for improvement.
Provide continued recommendations and practical interventions.
Facilitate regular workshops, group activities and team-building initiatives.
Visit the workplace once a week to engage with employees and support ongoing improvement.
Track progress through regular reviews and a dashboard displaying key statistics, progress and areas requiring reassessment.
Adapt the approach as the organisation's needs evolve.
