This toast is FULL of prostate-healthy foods like tomatoes. Mix it up a little by adding turmeric or by sautéing the tomatoes in olive oil and garlic for extra benefits.

Use absolutely fresh cold sushi grade or frozen ahi. Don't let it sit out. Consider poaching the ahi to remove any food-borne bacteria. I love this recipe. It reminds me of Hawaii.

According to my Egyptian son-in-law, this isn't an Egyptian salad. But, it's good anyway. The basics are the tomato, onion, and cucumber with some oil and seasonings. Delicious and easy.

You could also just dice up the cucumbers, and mix with the rest of the ingredients. I haven't yet tried it that way but it sounds good. A quick cold salad.
