SCHOOL PROFILE

Prosperidad National High School started its operation in 1996 as a Public Secondary School of Poblacion, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. This was initiated by the Barangay Officials headed by Barangay Captain Dionisio S. Gavino Jr. of the said barangay. It started as an Annex of Agusan del Sur National High School, one of the lead schools in the Division of Agusan del Sur, with Mrs. Rachel M. Blanco as Teacher-in-Charge together with six(6) locally funded teachers.

By 2014, Prosperidad National High School is an educational learning center managed by effective and efficient School Principal and Teachers where the school is practiced; God-fearing, value-oriented, environment- conscious, multi- skilled and quality graduates are developed and produced who are active agents for community development.
