Meet the staff

Rachel Vargas has been a cosmetologist for 25 years. She has trained with Bella Kara Skin Care Products since 1994. She has taught at Bella Kara Conventions and Seminars since 2001. From 1999 to 2004 Rachel and her husband Jesse owned and operated Bella Kara Spas in Weslaco, Brownsville, and Harlingen. In addition, they owned and operated both Healing Springs Spa and InSPAration Day Spa & Salon from 1999 to 2009. They then started Pro Spa and Salon in 2009 and continued to own and operate until they sold to Kathy Payton in February of 2016. She remains today at Pro Spa and Salon as their Manager. Rachel is proficient at doing all kinds of facials (including Microdermabrasion), Eye Lash Perms, Eye Brow Tinting, Full Face Wax, Skin Exams, and Manicures. Rachel has both Women and Men Clients.
