As a Confirmed Paid Member of the ProPets Association, you recognize, acknowledge and accept a Total Release of Liability and Waive any claim for bodily or property damages resulting from your and your pet's participation in any ProPets service or activity.
As a member of the ProPets Association, you recognize, acknowledge and accept that there are circumstances that occur which may result in bodily injury and death to interacting persons and animals no matter the extent of prevention, procedure and protocol.
