Multi_Software (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application Imagin AI (the “App”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The sign-in screen states: “By continuing you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.” Choosing Continue with Google means you accept both documents.

Imagin AI is a prompt toolkit for AI image workflows. It helps you find, create, and reuse text prompts—not finished images.
With the App you can:
Browse a style library of ready-made prompts and sample looks
Save styles to Favorites (synced to your account)
Create a text prompt from a photo you choose or take
Keep a local history on your device of generated prompts and compressed photos (up to the last 50 entries)
Copy, share, or open a prompt in another AI app you choose (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity)
Important:
The App does not generate images.
The App does not edit or save a finished picture for you.
Any image you create later is created in a third-party app, not in Imagin AI.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. You must be old enough to use Google Sign-In and Google Play in your country.
If you are under 18, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we believe these Terms are violated, the user is under 13, or the account is used in a harmful or abusive way.
You must sign in with Google to use the App. We do not offer a separate username and password.
You are responsible for:
The Google account you use
Activity while you are signed in on your device
Keeping that Google account secure
You may sign out in Settings. Signing out deletes prompt history stored on that device (photos and generated prompts in local History).
You may delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account:
Permanently removes your account from our backend
Removes data tied to your account on our servers (including style Favorites and daily usage counts, subject to our systems and backups)
Clears local prompt history on the device
This cannot be undone.
We may suspend or delete an account if it is used in a way that breaks these Terms, harms the service, appears fraudulent or abusive, or creates risk for us, users, or third-party providers.
The App is free to download. Free users can use core features with advertising and daily limits (see Section 6).
ImaginAI Pro (“Pro”) is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play. Pro benefits, as shown in the App, typically include:
No ads across the App (banner, native, rewarded, and app-open ads are not shown while Pro is active)
Unlimited prompt generations — significantly higher daily limits for photo-to-prompt than the free tier (we may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse)
Unlimited style copy — copy prompts from the style library without watching rewarded ads
Pro features, prices, trial offers, and billing periods (for example monthly or yearly) are shown in the App at purchase time and may change.
Payment is processed by Google Play. We do not collect your full payment card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, its length and price after the trial are shown before you subscribe.
Taxes may apply depending on your region.
You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.
You can restore purchases from the paywall or subscription screen if you reinstall the App or use a new device with the same Google Play account.
Refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies. We do not control Google’s refund decisions.
Subscription status and entitlements are managed through Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). If Pro status does not update after purchase, try Restore purchases or contact us.
If your subscription ends or is not renewed, you return to the free tier: ads may appear again, daily limits apply, and ad-gated actions may require watching ads or upgrading again.
Free accounts: image-to-prompt generation is limited to 10 generations per day per account (counted on our servers). When the limit is reached, you can try again the next calendar day or upgrade to Pro.
Pro accounts: the App describes Pro as unlimited prompt generations. Pro users receive a much higher daily limit than free users. We may apply fair-use or technical limits to protect the service from abuse, automation, or excessive load. If an unusually high limit is reached, generation may be temporarily blocked until the next day.
Limits may change over time. The App will show an error when a limit is reached.
Free users see ads served through Google AdMob, including:
Banner ads
Native ads
Rewarded ads
App-open ads
You may need to watch a short rewarded ad before:
Generating a prompt from a photo (unless you have Pro), or
Copying, sharing, or opening certain prompts (for example from the style library or after generation)
You may alternatively choose Go Pro — No ads where offered. Ads may not always be ready; if an ad fails to load, try again later.
Pro subscribers do not see ads in the App while Pro is active.
In some regions you will see a consent form for personalized ads. You can change those choices later in Settings → Manage ads privacy when that option is shown.
We do not promise that the App, the style library, prompt generation, ads, subscriptions, or third-party providers will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Internet access is required to sign in, load styles, generate prompts, process subscriptions, show ads (for free users), and check for app updates.
We may change limits, features, ads, subscription offerings, or library content to maintain, improve, or secure the service.
You may pick a photo from your device, take a photo with the camera, or share a photo into the App.
You must only submit photos you have the right to use. Do not submit photos you are not allowed to share, including photos of other people without permission where permission is required.
To generate a prompt:
A compressed copy of the photo is sent to our backend and then to an AI vision provider (via OpenRouter and the configured vision model).
We do not keep that photo or the generated prompt on our servers after the request completes.
A copy may remain on your device in local History (see Section 8). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
You retain whatever rights you already have in your photos. Submitting a photo does not transfer ownership to us.
You grant us a limited permission to process the photo you choose solely to generate a prompt for you.
A generated prompt is text produced by an AI model from the photo you submit. It is a starting point for use in another image app—not a finished image, legal advice, or a guarantee of any result.
Prompts may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for a particular app or image.
You are responsible for how you use a prompt, including pasting it into other apps. We are not responsible for images, content, moderation, or account actions in those third-party apps.
The App stores up to the last 50 generated prompts and associated compressed photos locally on your device.
This history is not backed up on our servers.
You can delete individual items, clear history in Settings, sign out, or delete your account to remove local history.
Uninstalling the App or clearing App data may also delete this information.
The style library provides sample images and prompts for personal use, such as copying a prompt into another AI app.
Favorites: when you save a style to Favorites, that preference is stored on our servers linked to your account so it can sync when you sign in again. Favorites are removed when you delete your account (subject to normal deletion processes).
You may not:
Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the library as your own product or catalog
Claim library images or prompts as your original work where that would be misleading or unlawful
Use the library in a way that competes with the App or violates others’ rights
We may add, edit, remove, or reorder styles at any time.
You agree not to use the App to:
Break applicable laws or regulations
Upload or process illegal, exploitative, or sexually explicit content involving minors
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
Bypass daily limits, ads, subscription checks, or security measures
Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or providers
Reverse engineer the App except where applicable law allows
Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate prompts in bulk or abuse limits
Misrepresent the App’s output in a harmful or deceptive way
We may block requests, limit access, or close accounts that appear to abuse the service.
If you allow notifications, the App may show local reminders on your device (for example, to create a prompt or browse styles). These reminders are scheduled on your device; they are not push messages sent from our servers for marketing.
You can turn reminders off in Settings or in your Android system notification settings.
The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Google (Sign-In, Google Play, Google Play Billing, AdMob)
Supabase (authentication, database, server functions)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
OpenRouter and AI model providers (vision analysis for photo-to-prompt)
Their terms and privacy policies apply to the parts they provide.
If you copy, share, or open a prompt in another app, that app’s terms and policies apply. We do not operate those apps and do not control what they do with the prompt or any photo you send them.
The App may link to our Privacy Policy, these Terms, Google Play, email, or other websites. Those destinations are outside the App and governed by their own terms.
The App, its name, branding, design, software, and the style library content (except your own photos and prompts generated from your photos) are owned by Multi_Software or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Android device through Google Play, only as permitted by these Terms and Google Play’s rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the App or its content except as allowed by law or Google Play’s normal install process.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
Prompt generation will always work or meet your expectations
Prompts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular AI image app
The style library will include any specific style or remain unchanged
Ads will always load or display correctly
Subscriptions will always be recognized immediately across devices
The App will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTI_SOFTWARE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Loss of photos, prompts, Favorites, or other data on your device or account
Results you obtain from third-party AI image apps
Ads, third-party apps, billing disputes handled by Google, or third-party outages
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
IF A COURT FINDS WE ARE LIABLE DESPITE THIS SECTION, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, these limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is not permitted).
You are responsible for your device, operating system updates, internet connection, and storage on your device.
Local prompt history can be lost if you sign out, clear history, delete your account, uninstall the App, or clear App data. We do not maintain a server backup of local prompt history.
We may update the App, add or remove features, change free or Pro limits, change subscription plans, or update these Terms.
Updated Terms will be posted at the URL above with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree, stop using the App, cancel any subscription in Google Play, and delete your account.
You may stop using the App at any time by signing out, canceling subscriptions in Google Play, deleting your account, and uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or stop providing the App, or restrict access to any user, at any time, including for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue after you stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or state where Multi_Software is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live. Those rights are not removed by this section.
