Multi_Software (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application Imagin AI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared when you use the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

The App is a prompt toolkit. It lets you browse a style library, copy ready-made prompts, and turn a photo into an image-generation prompt you can paste into other AI apps. The App does not generate images.

2. Our Privacy Promise

We design the App so that:

We do not store your photos on our servers after prompt generation finishes.

We do not store the text prompts generated from your photos on our servers after the request finishes.

We do not build a cloud gallery of your pictures.

We do not use your photos or generated prompts for our own advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

We do not sell your personal information.

To generate a prompt, a compressed copy of the photo you choose is sent only for that request, then discarded on our servers. A copy of that photo and prompt may remain on your device in local History. Details are in Sections 4 and 5.

3. Account Information

The App requires a Google account. We do not offer email-and-password signup, and we do not receive or store your Google password.

When you choose Continue with Google, Google Sign-In provides an ID token. We use that token with our authentication provider (Supabase) to create or open your account. We may keep:

A unique user ID

Your Google email address (as provided by Google)

Your Google display name and profile photo URL, if Google provides them

Session tokens needed to keep you signed in

This account data is stored by our authentication provider so you can use the App, sync style Favorites, enforce daily generation limits, apply one-time welcome uses, and manage subscriptions.

You can sign out or delete your account in Settings.

Sign out deletes on-device prompt history on that device. Your account on our servers remains.

Delete account does not erase the account immediately. Choosing Delete account schedules permanent deletion 7 days later, signs you out, and clears on-device prompt history right away. During those 7 days your account and linked server data (such as Favorites, daily usage counts, and welcome-use counts) remain stored, and you stay signed out. Sign in again with the same Google account within 7 days to cancel deletion and keep the account. If you do not sign in before those 7 days end, we permanently delete the account and that linked server data, subject to normal deletion and backup processes. After that permanent deletion, it cannot be undone. Deleting the account does not cancel ImaginAI Pro. If you have Pro, manage the subscription in Google Play.

4. ImaginAI Pro (Subscriptions)

The App offers an optional subscription, ImaginAI Pro (“Pro”), purchased through Google Play.

Payment is processed by Google Play. We do not collect your full card details.

Subscription status is managed with RevenueCat, linked to your App user ID (the same unique ID from our authentication provider).

Our backend may check your Pro status with RevenueCat to apply higher daily generation limits.

Pro benefits are described in the App (for example, no ads, higher limits for photo-to-prompt, and copying style prompts without rewarded-ad waits).

If you subscribe, Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement data according to their own privacy policies. We receive subscription status (whether Pro is active), not your full payment card information.

You can cancel in Google Play subscriptions and restore purchases in the App.

5. Information Stored on Your Device

The following data stays on your device unless you choose to share it with another app.

5.1 Photos and Generated Prompts (Local History)

When you generate a prompt, the App may save on that device:

A compressed JPEG copy of the photo you used

The generated prompt text

The time it was created

History keeps up to the last 50 items. Older items are removed automatically.

This local history is not backed up to our servers. It is deleted when you:

Delete one item in History

Use Settings → Clear history

Sign out

Delete your account

Uninstall the App or clear App data

Prompt history files and the local history database are excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer (see Section 5.3).

5.2 App Preferences (Local)

The App stores small settings locally, such as:

Theme preference (system, light, or dark)

Whether you completed onboarding

Whether the welcome subscription screen was shown

Notification reminder settings

Local timestamps used for reminders (for example, last app open)

For free users, a count of free style-prompt copies used today (3 per day, reset by UTC day). This count does not include the prompt text.

Local timestamps for how recently the Pro or ad choice was shown

A local unlock marker after a rewarded ad or a successful generation: style-prompt copy can stay ad-free for 60 minutes, and a generated result can stay unlocked on that device so you can copy it again without another ad. These markers do not include your photo or the prompt text.

A local cache of remaining one-time welcome uses (counts only). This cache is cleared when you sign out.

This preference data does not include the contents of your photos or generated prompts.

5.3 Android Backup

The App allows standard Android backup for some App data. Depending on your device settings, Android may back up certain App preferences to your Google account.

Prompt history files and the local history database are excluded from cloud backup and device transfer, as configured in the App.

6. Photos Sent for Prompt Generation

When you use Create, you may pick a photo from the system photo picker, take a photo with the camera, or share a photo into the App from another app.

To write a prompt:

The App compresses the photo on your device (JPEG).

That compressed image is sent over HTTPS to our backend (a Supabase Edge Function).

The backend sends it to an AI vision provider through OpenRouter (for example a Google Gemini vision model or another model we configure).

The prompt text is returned to your device.

We do not save the image or the prompt in our database or storage buckets after the request completes.

We also store a daily usage count for your account (user ID, date, and number of generations):

Free accounts: limit of 10 generations per day.

Pro accounts: a much higher daily limit (described in the App as unlimited prompt generations; we may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse).

This count does not include the image or the prompt text.

New accounts may receive a one-time welcome allowance stored against the account: currently 3 photo-to-prompt generations and 5 style-prompt copies before ads apply. We store only how many of those uses remain. We do not store the image or the prompt text in that record. It is removed when the account is permanently deleted. Accounts that already used photo-to-prompt before this allowance existed may have none left.

If you favorite a style in the library, we store that style’s ID against your account so Favorites can sync. That is catalog data, not your personal photos.

Choosing a gender filter (All, Male, or Female) only changes which public styles are loaded. We do not save that choice on your account.

When you open or copy a public style, we may add 1 to that style’s total view count or copy count so we can rank popular styles. Those totals are kept on the catalog item. They are not stored against your account, and they do not include the prompt text.

Public style images in the library are catalog files hosted in a public storage bucket. They are not your uploads.

7. Permissions We Request

The App requests only the permissions needed for its features. You can deny a permission, but some features will not work.

7.1 Camera

Used only if you tap Take photo. The camera is optional. Captured photos are used on your device and, if you generate a prompt, sent temporarily as described in Section 6. We do not upload camera photos for long-term storage on our servers.

7.2 Photos and Files

The App does not request broad storage or full media-library permission. To pick a photo, it uses the Android system photo picker or a share from another app. You choose the specific image. The App does not get access to your entire gallery.

7.3 Notifications

Used to show local reminders on your device, such as:

A reminder to create a prompt if you have not opened the App for a while

Occasional tips about browsing styles or copying a prompt

These are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or other push services to send notifications from our servers.

You can turn reminders off in Settings or in Android system notification settings.

7.4 Internet

Used to sign in, load the style library, generate prompts, show ads (free users), process subscriptions, communicate with Google Play services, and check for App updates.

Internet access is not used by us to keep a copy of your photos or generated prompts after the generation request finishes.

7.5 Advertising ID

Used by Google AdMob to show and measure ads for free users. Pro subscribers do not see ads in the App while Pro is active.

You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your Android settings.

8. How We Use Information

Account data, on-device files, preferences, usage counts, and subscription status are used to:

Create and maintain your account

Provide App features (browse styles, favorite styles, generate prompts, copy, share)

Remember your settings

Keep a local prompt history on your device

Enforce daily generation limits (free vs Pro)

Apply one-time welcome uses and the on-device daily free copy allowance before showing ads

Rank popular styles using aggregate view and copy totals

Manage ImaginAI Pro subscriptions and entitlements

Schedule local reminders you can disable

Show ads that help keep the free version available (free users only)

Understand App usage and reliability through analytics and crash reporting (see Section 11)

Respond to support requests

Protect the service (abuse, fraud, security, and quota enforcement)

Schedule and complete account deletion, or cancel it if you sign in again within 7 days

We do not sell your photos or generated prompts.

We do not use your photos or generated prompts for our own advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

9. Sharing Prompts and Files

If you tap Copy, Share, or open a prompt in another app (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity), Android may send the selected text to the app you choose.

That sharing is controlled by you and by the other app’s privacy policy. We do not receive a copy of prompts you share this way, and we do not control those apps.

10. Advertising (Free Users)

The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads, native ads, rewarded ads, and app-open ads.

Free users may be asked to watch a short rewarded ad before generating a prompt from a photo, after any one-time welcome generations are used.

For copying, sharing, or opening style prompts, free users can first use any one-time welcome copies on the account, then 3 free copies per day on the device. After those are used, a short rewarded ad unlocks 60 minutes of ad-free style-prompt copy.

You may alternatively choose Go Pro — No ads where offered.

Pro subscribers do not see ads in the App while Pro is active.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:

Advertising ID

IP address

Device type, language, and operating system

App activity related to ads (for example, that an ad was shown, clicked, or a rewarded ad was completed)

Approximate location derived from IP address

Consent choices, where required

Other data described in Google’s policies

This information is collected by Google and its partners, not stored by us as a photo library. It may be used to provide, personalize, and measure ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions that require it, we show Google’s consent form before personalized ads. You can reopen those choices from Settings → Manage ads privacy when that option is available.

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own policies.

You can reduce personalized advertising by:

11. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Diagnostics

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to improve stability.

11.1 What we aim not to log

Our analytics design avoids logging:

Your photos

Generated prompt text

Style library search query text

Your email address in event parameters

11.2 What may be collected

Firebase may collect information such as:

Screen views (for example, library, categories, create, settings, paywall)

App events (for example, sign-in, generate success or failure, copy, subscription purchase, ad gate choices, welcome-use counts)

Device and app information (for example, device model, OS version, app version)

Approximate location derived from IP address

Crash reports and diagnostic logs (Crashlytics)

When you are signed in, we may set an analytics user ID (your App account ID) and user properties such as whether Pro is active, theme preference, and onboarding completion. This helps us understand usage but is not used to store your photos or prompts.

Analytics and ad consent choices may be linked where required by law (for example, after you respond to Google’s ads consent form).

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are operated by Google under Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not operate our own separate analytics or crash servers.

Other providers (Google Play, AdMob, Supabase, OpenRouter, RevenueCat) may also collect diagnostic or usage information to provide their services, as described in Section 12.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. They may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

Google Sign-In / Credential Manager — Sign in with Google

Supabase — Authentication, style library, Favorites, daily usage counts, welcome-use counts, account-deletion scheduling, backend prompt generation

OpenRouter and vision model providers (for example Google) — Analyze the photo you submit and write a prompt (temporary processing)

Google Play Services — Platform features, billing, updates

Google Play Billing — Process ImaginAI Pro subscriptions

RevenueCat — Subscription and entitlement management

Google AdMob — Display ads (free users)

Google Firebase Analytics — App usage analytics

Google Firebase Crashlytics — Crash and stability reporting

Google Play In-App Updates — Check for and download updates

Android System Photo Picker — Choose a specific photo without full gallery access

Our backend may contact RevenueCat with your App user ID to verify Pro status when enforcing generation limits. We do not send your photos or generated prompts to RevenueCat.

13. Data Retention

Account information (user ID, email, name and profile photo URL if provided, session) — Kept during the 7-day deletion window. Permanently removed after that window ends, unless you sign in again and cancel.

Account deletion schedule (user ID and scheduled deletion time) — Until you sign in and cancel, or until the account is permanently deleted.

Style Favorites — Until you remove the favorite or the account is permanently deleted.

Daily usage counts — Until the account is permanently deleted.

Welcome-use counts — Until the account is permanently deleted.

Style view and copy totals — Kept on the public catalog item. Not tied to your account, and not removed when you delete your account.

Photos and prompts on our servers — Not retained after the generation request finishes.

On-device History — Until you clear it, sign out, delete account, exceed 50 items, or uninstall. Delete account clears it immediately, before the 7-day server deletion.

Local preferences — Until you clear App data or uninstall. Welcome-use cache on the device is also cleared when you sign out.

Subscription records — Managed by Google Play and RevenueCat per their policies.

Analytics and crash data — Retained by Google per Firebase policies.

Advertising data — Retained by Google per Google’s policies.

If you uninstall the App without deleting your account, local history is removed with the App, but your account, Favorites, usage counts, and welcome-use counts may remain until you delete the account and the 7-day period ends.

14. Security

We design the App so that your photos and generated prompts are not kept on our servers after generation. Requests use HTTPS.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The security of files on your phone depends on your device protections (screen lock, encryption, and who can access the device).

Please keep your Google account protected.

15. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App shows third-party ads (for free users), requires a Google account, and offers subscriptions through Google Play, it is intended for users aged 13 and older.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at multisoftwareltd@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

16. International Users

The App is distributed through Google Play. If you use the App, third-party providers such as Google, Supabase, OpenRouter, and RevenueCat may process data on servers outside your country, as described in their policies.

17. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Sign out in Settings (also deletes on-device prompt history on that device)

Delete your account in Settings (permanent removal after 7 days; sign in again within 7 days to cancel)

Clear on-device prompt history, or delete individual history items

Add or remove style Favorites

Deny camera permission (Take photo will not work; you can still pick a photo)

Deny notification permission or turn reminders off

Manage ads privacy where that option is shown

Cancel Pro in Google Play subscriptions

Restore purchases in the App

Limit or reset your Advertising ID

Clear App data or uninstall the App

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data.

For account data we control, use in-app account deletion or email us from the Google account you use in the App. If deletion is still inside the 7-day window, signing in again cancels it. After permanent deletion, we no longer have that account data to return.

For data held by Google (Sign-In, Play, ads, analytics, crashes), use Google’s privacy tools or contact us and we will help where we can.

18. Links to Other Sites or Apps

The App may open third-party links or apps (for example, this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Google Play, email, or another AI app). Those services are not operated by us. Review their privacy policies before using them.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes (for example, new features, subscriptions, or providers).

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
