Multi_Software (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application Imagin AI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared when you use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is a prompt toolkit. It lets you browse a style library, copy ready-made prompts, and turn a photo into an image-generation prompt you can paste into other AI apps. The App does not generate images.
We design the App so that:
We do not store your photos on our servers after prompt generation finishes.
We do not store the text prompts generated from your photos on our servers after the request finishes.
We do not build a cloud gallery of your pictures.
We do not use your photos or generated prompts for our own advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
We do not sell your personal information.
To generate a prompt, a compressed copy of the photo you choose is sent only for that request, then discarded on our servers. A copy of that photo and prompt may remain on your device in local History. Details are in Sections 4 and 5.
The App requires a Google account. We do not offer email-and-password signup, and we do not receive or store your Google password.
When you choose Continue with Google, Google Sign-In provides an ID token. We use that token with our authentication provider (Supabase) to create or open your account. We may keep:
A unique user ID
Your Google email address (as provided by Google)
Session tokens needed to keep you signed in
This account data is stored by our authentication provider so you can use the App, sync style Favorites, enforce daily generation limits, and manage subscriptions.
You can sign out or delete your account in Settings.
Sign out deletes on-device prompt history on that device.
Delete account permanently removes your account from our backend (including linked server data such as Favorites and daily usage counts, subject to normal deletion and backup processes). This cannot be undone.
The App offers an optional subscription, ImaginAI Pro (“Pro”), purchased through Google Play.
Payment is processed by Google Play. We do not collect your full card details.
Subscription status is managed with RevenueCat, linked to your App user ID (the same unique ID from our authentication provider).
Our backend may check your Pro status with RevenueCat to apply higher daily generation limits.
Pro benefits are described in the App (for example, no ads, higher limits for photo-to-prompt, and copying style prompts without rewarded-ad waits).
If you subscribe, Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement data according to their own privacy policies. We receive subscription status (whether Pro is active), not your full payment card information.
You can cancel in Google Play subscriptions and restore purchases in the App.
The following data stays on your device unless you choose to share it with another app.
When you generate a prompt, the App may save on that device:
A compressed JPEG copy of the photo you used
The generated prompt text
The time it was created
History keeps up to the last 50 items. Older items are removed automatically.
This local history is not backed up to our servers. It is deleted when you:
Delete one item in History
Use Settings → Clear history
Sign out
Delete your account
Uninstall the App or clear App data
Prompt history files and the local history database are excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer (see Section 5.3).
The App stores small settings locally, such as:
Theme preference (system, light, or dark)
Whether you completed onboarding
Whether the welcome subscription screen was shown
Notification reminder settings
Local timestamps used for reminders (for example, last app open)
A short-lived local flag after you watch a rewarded ad, used to unlock generate or copy/share for a limited time (free users)
This preference data does not include the contents of your photos or generated prompts.
The App allows standard Android backup for some App data. Depending on your device settings, Android may back up certain App preferences to your Google account.
Prompt history files and the local history database are excluded from cloud backup and device transfer, as configured in the App.
When you use Create, you may pick a photo from the system photo picker, take a photo with the camera, or share a photo into the App from another app.
To write a prompt:
The App compresses the photo on your device (JPEG).
That compressed image is sent over HTTPS to our backend (a Supabase Edge Function).
The backend sends it to an AI vision provider through OpenRouter (for example a Google Gemini vision model or another model we configure).
The prompt text is returned to your device.
We do not save the image or the prompt in our database or storage buckets after the request completes.
We also store a daily usage count for your account (user ID, date, and number of generations):
Free accounts: limit of 10 generations per day.
Pro accounts: a much higher daily limit (described in the App as unlimited prompt generations; we may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse).
This count does not include the image or the prompt text.
If you favorite a style in the library, we store that style’s ID against your account so Favorites can sync. That is catalog data, not your personal photos.
Public style images in the library are catalog files hosted in a public storage bucket. They are not your uploads.
The App requests only the permissions needed for its features. You can deny a permission, but some features will not work.
Used only if you tap Take photo. The camera is optional. Captured photos are used on your device and, if you generate a prompt, sent temporarily as described in Section 6. We do not upload camera photos for long-term storage on our servers.
The App does not request broad storage or full media-library permission. To pick a photo, it uses the Android system photo picker or a share from another app. You choose the specific image. The App does not get access to your entire gallery.
Used to show local reminders on your device, such as:
A reminder to create a prompt if you have not opened the App for a while
Occasional tips about browsing styles or copying a prompt
These are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or other push services to send notifications from our servers.
You can turn reminders off in Settings or in Android system notification settings.
Used to sign in, load the style library, generate prompts, show ads (free users), process subscriptions, communicate with Google Play services, and check for App updates.
Internet access is not used by us to keep a copy of your photos or generated prompts after the generation request finishes.
Used by Google AdMob to show and measure ads for free users. Pro subscribers do not see ads in the App while Pro is active.
You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your Android settings.
Account data, on-device files, preferences, usage counts, and subscription status are used to:
Create and maintain your account
Provide App features (browse styles, favorite styles, generate prompts, copy, share)
Remember your settings
Keep a local prompt history on your device
Enforce daily generation limits (free vs Pro)
Manage ImaginAI Pro subscriptions and entitlements
Schedule local reminders you can disable
Show ads that help keep the free version available (free users only)
Understand App usage and reliability through analytics and crash reporting (see Section 11)
Respond to support requests
Protect the service (abuse, fraud, security, and quota enforcement)
We do not sell your photos or generated prompts.
We do not use your photos or generated prompts for our own advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
If you tap Copy, Share, or open a prompt in another app (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity), Android may send the selected text to the app you choose.
That sharing is controlled by you and by the other app’s privacy policy. We do not receive a copy of prompts you share this way, and we do not control those apps.
The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads, native ads, rewarded ads, and app-open ads.
Free users may be asked to watch a short rewarded ad before:
Generating a prompt from a photo, or
Copying, sharing, or opening certain prompts (for example from the style library)
You may alternatively choose Go Pro — No ads where offered.
Pro subscribers do not see ads in the App while Pro is active.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:
Advertising ID
IP address
Device type, language, and operating system
App activity related to ads (for example, that an ad was shown, clicked, or a rewarded ad was completed)
Approximate location derived from IP address
Consent choices, where required
Other data described in Google’s policies
This information is collected by Google and its partners, not stored by us as a photo library. It may be used to provide, personalize, and measure ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions that require it, we show Google’s consent form before personalized ads. You can reopen those choices from Settings → Manage ads privacy when that option is available.
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own policies.
You can reduce personalized advertising by:

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to improve stability.
Our analytics design avoids logging:
Your photos
Generated prompt text
Style library search query text
Your email address in event parameters
Firebase may collect information such as:
Screen views (for example, library, create, settings, paywall)
App events (for example, sign-in, generate success or failure, copy, subscription purchase, ad gate choices)
Device and app information (for example, device model, OS version, app version)
Approximate location derived from IP address
Crash reports and diagnostic logs (Crashlytics)
When you are signed in, we may set an analytics user ID (your App account ID) and user properties such as whether Pro is active, theme preference, and onboarding completion. This helps us understand usage but is not used to store your photos or prompts.
Analytics and ad consent choices may be linked where required by law (for example, after you respond to Google’s ads consent form).

We do not operate our own separate analytics or crash servers.
Other providers (Google Play, AdMob, Supabase, OpenRouter, RevenueCat) may also collect diagnostic or usage information to provide their services, as described in Section 12.

If you uninstall the App without deleting your account, local history is removed with the App, but your account, Favorites, and usage counts may remain until you delete the account.
We design the App so that your photos and generated prompts are not kept on our servers after generation. Requests use HTTPS.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The security of files on your phone depends on your device protections (screen lock, encryption, and who can access the device).
Please keep your Google account protected.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App shows third-party ads (for free users), requires a Google account, and offers subscriptions through Google Play, it is intended for users aged 13 and older.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at multisoftwareltd@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
The App is distributed through Google Play. If you use the App, third-party providers such as Google, Supabase, OpenRouter, and RevenueCat may process data on servers outside your country, as described in their policies.
You can:
Sign out in Settings (also deletes on-device prompt history on that device)
Delete your account in Settings
Clear on-device prompt history, or delete individual history items
Add or remove style Favorites
Deny camera permission (Take photo will not work; you can still pick a photo)
Deny notification permission or turn reminders off
Manage ads privacy where that option is shown

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data.
For account data we control, use in-app account deletion or email us from the Google account you use in the App.
For data held by Google (Sign-In, Play, ads, analytics, crashes), use Google’s privacy tools or contact us and we will help where we can.
For RevenueCat subscription data, see RevenueCat’s policy or contact us.
The App may open third-party links or apps (for example, this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Google Play, email, or another AI app). Those services are not operated by us. Review their privacy policies before using them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes (for example, new features, subscriptions, or providers).
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
