Despite being employed at IV2L, Luo Chen often introduces himself as a freelance photographer to many. A young Chinese man with bleached blond hair, he often keeps to himself, even during highschool. His peers sometimes tease him about him being on the rooftop most of the time, sometimes having skipped classes if the classes were ones about technology and the likes, in line with his 'odd' dislike of technological advancements. Others noted he'd often glance down to people's hands, staring down at their ring finger with all of his attenton.
