Welcome to PME (Project Management ERP). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platforms and services, including PME ERP, PME CRM, and Virtual Sales Force (VSF). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using PME services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
You must provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for your account and activities under it.
Do not misuse our services (no hacking, reverse-engineering, or illegal use).
You own the data you input into PME ERP/CRM/VSF.
PME only processes this data to provide services.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws (including Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019).
Some services may require fees or subscriptions.
Fees are billed in Kenya Shillings (KSH) unless otherwise agreed.
Non-payment may lead to suspension of services.
PME software, logos, and documentation remain PME’s intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, or resell PME software without written permission.
PME integrates with external tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, payment providers).
Use of such tools is subject to third-party terms. PME is not liable for their performance.
PME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
You may close your account anytime.
PME may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, misusing services, or failing to pay.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
