At PME (Project Management ERP), we respect your right to request deletion of your personal data. Below are the steps to request data deletion from our systems.
To request deletion of your account and related personal data:
Send an email to info@erpproject.co.ke with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – PME”.
Include the following details:
Your Full Name
Your Registered Email/Phone Number
Your Company Name (if applicable)
The PME service you use (ERP, CRM, VSF)
Our support team will confirm your request within 3 business days.
Deletion or anonymization of your personal data will be completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax/financial records).
If you are connected through Meta integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business API):
You can remove PME’s access by revoking permissions directly from your Facebook/Meta account settings.
To ensure permanent deletion from our servers, please also email us following the steps above.
We may retain certain information only where required by law, regulation, or contractual obligations (e.g., financial records for audit or tax purposes).
