"Helping teens from the Inside-Out!"
Project Inside Out Teens is a safe, supportive space designed to help young people build confidence, resilience, and a true sense of belonging. Led by Tewanda Hardy, CEO of Project Inside Out Teens LLC, this program blends engaging workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities to address the challenges teens face today — from self-doubt and anxiety to big life changes. Teens will learn how to:
Build inner confidence and embrace their worth
Develop emotional resilience to bounce back from setbacks
Create meaningful connections with peers
Strengthen communication and problem-solving skills
Through a mix of inspiration and practical tools, this class helps teens grow from the inside out!
For: Ages 13-18
