FAQ's

1. How much is private coaching? 

The standard rate is $75/hr, however since we do NOT accept insurance we work on a sliding scale, making an effort to accommodate each family’s individual budget, and ensuring that this service is available to as many families as possible.

2. Where will the sessions take place?

All private sessions are virtual and will take place via zoom.

3. How long are the sessions?

Each individual session is 60 minutes long.

4. How often do sessions take place?

Sessions typically take place once per week or bi-weekly.

5. Who are these sessions for?

Private sessions are offered to tweens, teens, and adults that could benefit from private time to discuss personal concerns, problem solve challenges, skill build, & work towards goals.
