Teacher research focuses on the concerns that you may have in the classroom. It engages you in the design, data collection, and interpretation of data around a question. The CREST team will use PLC time this semester to support teachers every step of the way in:

1. Identifying something that is inequitable in your classroom that could be addressed with a culturally responsive approach. (Jan PLC);

2. Constructing a solution to this problem that ties to your CREST professional goals (Feb PLC);

3. Implementing the solution and evaluating its effectiveness (April PLC); and

4. Sharing your findings with Lincoln colleagues in preparation of FAST (May PLC).
