The campaign’s goal is not only to inform but also to foster a supportive environment for diabetic students and their peers.
Awareness Session at DPS Bangalore East
The awareness session at DPS Bangalore East serves as a key event in the Beyond Blue Campaign. Collaborating with school administration and healthcare experts, Project Amylin has organized a session specifically tailored for students and staff. During this event, we discussed the science behind Type 1 diabetes, early detection, and how friends and family can support those managing the condition.
Dr.Nimisha Gupta, A doctor diagnosed with Type one diabetes and celiac disease herself, joined us for a one on one interactive awareness session. This was extremely beneficial to everyone who joined.
