🎯 Project Often Reality aims to educate the New Orleans community and beyond on the importance of media literacy, cultural awareness, and multi-faceted diversity in the media through interactive workshops, social media and more while centering and amplifying youth voices.
📣 We are calling all youth (10-24) change makers, leaders and advocates to join our team as Youth Council Members and Facilitators this summer as we bring Project Often Reality to more community members!
💸 Financial stipends will be available for Youth Council Members and Facilitators.

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking event, D.I.V.E. Media: Looking Beyond the Dichotomy of Diversity, taking place on Sun Nov 12, 2023 at 4:30 (Central Standard Time). This in-person event will be held at 1750 Saint Bernard Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70116.
This event, presented by Project Often Reality, aims to challenge the conventional understanding of diversity. Through dynamic discussions, we will delve into the complexities of diversity and explore its multifaceted dimensions.
Our diverse panel of educators, community leaders and youth will share their experiences, insights, and ideas for fostering a more inclusive society. From breaking stereotypes to embracing intersectionality, we will explore the power of diversity in media and its impact on our daily lives.
