FieldForce Terms of Service

1. Trial Period & Access

FieldForce offers a 30-day free trial. During this period, you can explore the features of the app. Access to premium features will be restricted upon the trial's end unless an active subscription is initiated.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing.Tiers: Standard (5 GB - €15), Professional (10 GB - €25), and Enterprise (20 GB - €40).Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Account Settings.

3. Data Deletion & Grace Period

If a subscription is not activated after the trial expires, or if a subscription is canceled and not renewed, your data may be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. It is the user's sole responsibility to back up or export data during this period. OSTechLab is not liable for data loss after this period.

4. Storage Limits & Fair Use

Storage limits are strictly tied to your active tier. If you exceed your limit, you may be unable to upload new documents until you upgrade your plan or delete existing files.

5. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. FieldForce must be used for lawful purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FieldForce is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect legal or technical changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
