1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and job title (collected via Firebase Authentication).Project Content: Plans, pins, markups, photos, and messages you upload or create.Technical Metadata: Device information and logs required for synchronization and app stability.Camera & Storage: We request access to your camera (for scanning documents/taking project photos) and storage (for saving/loading PDF files).Microphone (Optional): We request microphone access only when you explicitly start voice typing for note/pin text input. We do not use continuous background recording for this feature.

2. Why We Process Your Data

We use your information to:Provide real-time synchronization and collaboration features.Send important notifications and support responses.Ensure account security and prevent fraudulent activity.Manage storage tiers and subscriptions via Google Play Billing.

3. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Hosting: Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase services (Firestore and Cloud Storage).Retention: Data is kept as long as your account is active. As per our Terms of Service, trial-related data or data from expired subscriptions may be removed after a 30-day grace period.Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

Collaboration: Project data is visible only to members you explicitly invite or approve.No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted providers like Google (Firebase/Play Store) only to facilitate app services.

5. Your Controls & Rights

Access & Update: You can update your profile details and manage storage plans directly within the app.Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Profile screen.Data Portability: You are responsible for exporting your project files before account deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

FieldForce is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the FieldForce app.

2. Go to your Profile/Settings.

3. Click on the "Delete Account" button.

4. Alternatively, you can send an email to aataman66@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all your personal data and uploaded files within 30 days.
