Pathak (PhD, Heidelberg) is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Hindu College, University of Delhi, India. He has worked as lecturer at Heidelberg University, Germany and as Visiting Professor at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Mauritius. He is an active member of the American Philosophical Association and is currently serving as member of its Committee for International Cooperation for a three years term. He is also on the editorial board of the Acorn Journal, USA. He is a founding life member of the Ludwig Wittgenstein Philosophical Society (LWPS) of India. His publications cover a range of topics from theoretical to comparative philosophy to applied philosophy. His recent publications include "Quietism, Agnosticism and Mysticism: Mapping the Philosophical Discourse of the East and the West" (Springer, 2021) and chapters/papers in the series of Routledge Studies in Eighteenth-Century Philosophy, Springer’s Schopenhauer on Self, World and Morality, Sage Open, Journal of Human Values, Tulsi Prajñā, Asia Journal of Global Studies, International Journal of Applied Ethics and WCP proceedings. He has also been external assessor for grant applications of SSHRC, Canada and article editor for Sage Publications.
Devarakonda has been teaching Philosophy since past two decades. He has published widely on various aspects of Indian philosophy, Social and Political Philosophy and Buddhism. His publications include, Philosophical Doctrines of Andhakas: Exploring Early Buddhist Sects of Andhra (2020, Springer Briefs in Religious Studies series), Revisiting Dana: A responseto Eurocentric Approaches (2020), Hinduism in Thailand: Its presence and Absence (2018), Role of Guru as an interpreter of Dharma (2017), Orientalist and Nationalist Writings of Indian Philosophy (2014) and History of Indian Philosophy: Analysis of Contemporary understanding of the classical through colonial (2012). South Asia Press is bringing out a new edition of Leviathan of Thomas Hobbes with a detailed introduction of Prof. Bala. He is serving as the Regional Coordinator (India) Council for Research in Values and Philosophy, Washington DC (CRVP); an Adjust member of American Philosophical Practitioners Association (APPA), New York (USA); and is a member of International Association for the Philosophy of Humor (IAPH); International Society for Philosophers (ISP) and Folklore Society for South Indian Languages (FOSSILS).

Chakravarty is working as Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi, India, and currently writing his doctoral dissertation on The Logic of Epistemic Justification in Sañjaya’s Ajñānavāda at the Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi. He has previously been a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Philosophy, Heidelberg University, Germany. He has also been the recipient of various academic awards including the ‘Indian Philosophical Congress Medal’ from the University of Delhi. His academic research interests and publications are in the fields of philosophy of religion, epistemology, metaphysics, aesthetics and ethics.
