How to get Kyogre

1. You need 7 Gym Badges to be able to catch Kyogre. Once you have 7, talk to Tess’s Grandpa in Rosecove City. After you talk to Tess’s Grandpa, You need to go to Route 17 (after Decca Beach) and surf to Ocean Origins (Picture shows the entrance to Ocean Origins.)

2. Once inside, you will fight a person (All the pokemons except Mega Lucario are weak to Psychic so bring a pokemon with psychic moves.) After you defeat him, a cutscene will begin and Kyogre will come out of the water and you will be able to fight/catch him! 

ONCE YOU GET KYOGRE YOU GET THE BLUE ORB FOR PRIMAL AS WELL.
