Can I incorporate more than one?
Of course! While most projects offer practice for a minimum of 3 of the skills, you can choose to FOCUS on only one of two.
News Presentations (focus on reading comprehension, listening and speaking)
Fairy Tale (focus on reading and writing)
Trip to La Reunion (focus on reading comprehension and speaking)
Le top 50 Presentation (focus on speaking and reading comprehension)
Simple and specific rubrics can help you make the focus about one or two skills instead of grading EVERY ASPECT of the project. Allow freedom and leeway in other areas.
Breaking the project into various smaller grades can also help to focus on the various skills.
Reading - research
Speaking - present
Listening - understand the presentation
Writing - as a group write down what you understood
