The advanced Combustion and Acoustics Laboratory works on three broad verticals: the development of 1) optical flow diagnostics for flow measurements, 2) next-generation, greener, and quieter gas turbine combustors for aerospace and electric power generation, and 3) mobile electric and waste disposal systems for rural India.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumented test rigs and measurement systems. Our strength lies in combining experimental observations with computations to deliver technological solutions for industry.
