Welcome to my webpage. I have been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Aerospace Engineering since 2013. Prior to that, I was at the Department of Helicopters, German Aerospace Centre, as an Alexander von Humboldt fellow for a year. I graduated with a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
My research focuses on the broad areas of thermofluid interactions, optical flow diagnostics, physics-integrated machine learning, and, recently, on geological flows. We perform basic and applied research. Our lab, the Advanced Combustion and Acoustics Laboratory (ACAL), is well equipped with optical test rigs and state-of-the-art equipment.
