Dr. Santosh Rangnekar is working as Professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He is having 30+ years experience in reputed industries and academics like Raymond Ltd. Bombay (J.K. Engineers files,Pithampur), Shriram Group of Industries (SIEL, Delhi), The Hukamchand Mills Limited Indore, Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, IIITM, Gwalior (Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior) and Department of Management Studies IIT Roorkee.

Dr.Santosh Rangnekar studied at Indore and obtained Ph.D., M.B.A. (H.R.M.) from Devi Ahilya Viswavidyalay, Indore. He has also studied LL.B. (Hons) from Indore and Post -Graduate Diploma In Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Vikram University of Ujjain.

Dr. Santosh Rangnekar has been continuously engaged in the last 30 years in training. He has directed a number of Major Research Project work in different areas of management. He has designed and conducted a number of training programmers. As a core faculty member held sessions in Bajaj Auto Aurangabad, Hindalco Renusagar, Grasim Gwalior, Syncom Indore, Grasim Nagda, ISTD programs Faridabad and Dehradun and in other various executive development and unit based programs. Recently conducted management development programmers at Damoda Vally Corporation and Rajasthan rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, Jaipur Everest India Limited, Ambuja cemet and Godrej manufacturing works etc. He is National council Memebr of ISTD, Dehradun Chapter.

Dr.Santosh Rangnekar has publications in the areas of HRM, Knowledge Management, and Intellectual Capital at National and International level conferences, like at Boston University, Boston, USA; Stevens Institute of Management, NJ, USA; Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea; Keio University, Japan; Charulongkorn University, Thailand; Western Sydney University, Australia; London Management School, London, UK; Yildis University, Istanbul, Turkey; Wien University, Vienna, Austria; and widely traveled in the country and abroad. He is about to publish manual on Personality Job Fit, based on Holland’s Model of Personality and Second edition of his book on managerial effectiveness.

He has developed 30 cases in Management. He has published book titled “Improving Managerial Effectiveness” by Himalayan Publications.
