Computational Biology

This is an upper elective course for biology students that introduces computer simulations and computational biology. I'll post the textbook in the near future. I'm in the process of updating everything, expanding the models covered, and integrating the textbook with Google Colab or Jupyter Notebook. Its going to be awesome!

In the mean time, here's a couple of papers I've written based around this course. The first was entitled Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulations in Undergraduate Biology Education, based off this course, and the second was Spreadsheet Model of COVID-19 Transmission: Evaporation and Dispersion of Respiratory Droplets that is used in one of the lectures.
