Computational Biology

This is an upper elective course for biology students that introduces computer simulations and computational biology. The textbook has just been finished and  the simulations are implemented in Google Colab or Jupyter Notebook. Will be taught this fall and its going to be awesome!

Also attaching a couple of papers I've written based around this course. The first was entitled Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulations in Undergraduate Biology Education, based off this course, and the second was Spreadsheet Model of COVID-19 Transmission: Evaporation and Dispersion of Respiratory Droplets that is used in one of the lectures. And more recently an article on Using Glowscript to Teach Numerical Modeling in Undergraduate Biology Education
