Our Townhomes have four levels, each level is approx. 550 sq ft.   

-1st level: drive in garage

-2nd level: half bath, kitchen, and open concept living and dining room

-3rd level:laundry room, master bathroom, master bedroom and additional bedroom

-4th level: floored attic 

All four levels total up to approx. 2,200sq feet total space, with approximately 1,100 sq feet of livable space (2nd and 3rd levels). The unit for rent was completely renovated in 2020, which included all new flooring (tile, carpet, and hardwood floors) and granite countertops in the kitchen.
