We are a family owned and operated business that has four rentable Town-homes, nestled in the heart of Johnson city TN.

Conveniently located: 

Our Townhomes are conveniently located and are in close proximity to many medical facilities, including Johnson City Medical Center Hospital (JCMCH) (1.5 miles), Franklin Woods Hospital (2.2 miles), Veterans Administration (VA) Mountain Home (1.6 miles), and many additional medical practices and doctors offices.  East Tennessee State University (ETSU) (1.5 miles)  and Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine (1.3 miles).

 Food City’s newest location (0.8 miles) and several gas stations (0.5 mi to the nearest BP). The Crossing’s Shopping Center, Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy (2.85 miles).  With the Johnson City Mall (2.2 miles), Freedom hall (0.8 miles), Krispy Kreme (0.7 miles), and numerous restaurants (examples: Carraba's and Aubery's are (approx. 2.7 miles). Each unit is approximately 2,200 total square feet spread across four floors (including the garage and floored attic) with approx. 1,100 livable square feet. Our Townhomes were built using quality craftsmanship back in 1983. While the exterior retains the original character and charm, we have completely renovated the interior to reflect a more modern design. The renovations included all new light fixtures and flooring (hardwood, tile, and carpet) throughout.  The kitchen contains all new stainless steel appliances, a new tile backsplash, and new granite countertops.

Each unit includes a drive-in garage, a wooden deck (approx 20’x10’), a floored Attic, and Washer/ Dryer hookups for full sized washer and dryer (which must be approved by the landlord). Each unit also has its own dedicated HVAC unit to provide heat and air conditioning to our tenants.
