Development

In the development phase we consolidate our plans:

• Develop course/training materials

• Create a prototype (optional)

• Align assessments with learning goals/objectives

• Conduct a pilot session (optional)

• Iterate as necessary

During this phase we aligned our learning goals/objectives with the assessments. Using backward design model.
