Designing is an iterative and step-by-step in-depth process that requires detail oriented work. 

• Designing course/training description

• Formulate learning objectives/outcomes

• Design training activities and exercises

•  Structure all contents of the course/training session

• Plan delivery format

I used power point presentation as my delivery format, insert video, quizzes, a case study and used relevant templates from the teacher's manuals to familiarize my audience (teachers).
