Appointments, Estimates & Payment

  • We arrive and cannot access the property or work area.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and informing us of any known hazards.

• Some work (such as major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural changes) may require a licensed contractor or specific permits. In those cases, we may:

  • Decline the job, or

  • Advise you to contact a properly licensed professional.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits and for informing us of any HOA or property rules that apply.

Workmanship, Materials & Liability

• We aim to provide quality workmanship. If you believe there is a problem with our work, you must notify us promptly so we can review it.

• Any workmanship guarantee we offer will be limited and will not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, neglect, or changes made by others

  • Defects in materials, products, or items you supplied

• We are not the manufacturer of materials or products. Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or loss of use).
