Prof. Zoheir TIR, Ph.D., is a Full Professor and Research Director in Electrical Engineering at the University of El Oued, Algeria (LEVRES Laboratory). An IEEE Senior Member and CNU Qualified (Maître de conférences, France, Sec. 61 & 63), he serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance (ISO 9001 Lead Officer) and Head of the University Ranking Committee.
Prof. Zoheir TIR, Ph.D., is a Full Professor and Research Director in Electrical Engineering at the University of El Oued, Algeria (LEVRES Laboratory). His research expertise spans non-linear observers, sensorless AC motor drives, AI-based predictive fault diagnosis (MCSA), and renewable energy power electronics. He has authored flagship papers in IEEE Transactions and Automatica, led DA 8M+ in research grants, and held 10+ visiting professor fellowships across Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Malta, and Canada. Prof. Tir holds a Ph.D. from the University of Batna.
