Dean of Teaching and Professor. Former director of the Center for the Study of Organizations & Human Resource Management. 

Received Ph.D. and M.Sc. in behavioral science from the Technion – Israel institute of Technology. I have also earned a B.A and M.A. in political science, as well as LLB, all from the University of Haifa. I serve as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Trust Research and a member of the Editorial Review Board in Human Resource Management. I am proud to have founded the Journal of The Study of Organizational and HRM Quarterly (Hebrew), for its social impact and contribution to the business community in Israel. I also take an active part in the international mentoring program at WWU Munster.

I have had a longstanding interest in studying people management and organizational behavior. I specialize in issues of human resource management and trust, focusing on the efficiency aspects of human capital. My current research interests includes the role trust plays in various organizational factors such as, strategic human resource management, organizational performance, and service quality.

My articles have been published in journals such as Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology, British Journal of Management, Organizational Studies, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Review, and others.
