If the monster speaks, it is now your job to listen and follow those instructions to the best of your ability. The monster will repeat this process until it is certain that you are following the right commands. Do not get frustrated if the monster has to repeat things more than once.
Remember:
The monsters are only doing what they think is necessary for them to survive. It's important to understand that even though you may be in a frightening situation, you need to be careful that you do not allow the monster to make itself feel powerless.
For example, you might find yourself facing a fire-breathing monster who appears to be able to breathe fire at will. At first, this might make you feel like there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. However, you can take some comfort from the fact that the monster's breath does not burn as long as it stays on the ground. If you can jump up high enough, the monster will have to stop its attack. Even if the monster is able to continue its attack, it is unlikely to be able to catch you while you are flying through the air.
At times, the monster might give you a challenge. For example, the monster can be very intelligent. He knows how to escape from your grasp. But this is just a matter of skill and practice. Once you get that down, the monster will be a piece of cake.
