MunchTogetherEdu is a food delivery company that strives to create convenient, educational, and social experiences surrounding food. It helps a working parent effectively prioritize their child’s health and well being in a customized and convenient way.
Since we were in the COVID era with parents and children at home, this company chose to target children and created content and meal kits for them to prepare with their parents during lunch time. Yet, now that we are transitioning out of the pandemic with more parents going back to work and kids going back to school, MunchTogetherEdu wants to reconsider its target, positioning, and messaging in the market. Participating teams were asked to create a new Go-To-Market strategy for MunchTogetherEdu so it can be successful and scale in the post pandemic world.
Current Need
Re-assess market positioning and messaging in post-covid era where children are now at school or parents are back in the office
