Built and Instructed a synchronous/asynchronous virtual eLearning course for adult learners. The course was built and ran via a Learning Management System (Canvas)

    • Candidates had access to an eLearning portal

      • Study material, resources, and cloud recordings of the live recorded classes

Candidates overall who participated in training were twice as likely to pass NC Educator Exam (Praxis) compared to those who did not but that number is not broken down by content area.

Implemented new digital schedule for school system

  • Improved student to teacher ratio

  • Allowed for increased data driven instructional planning
