Case Study 1:
Obstacle: The business owner needed a system redesign for her client onboarding process with her virtual fitness business. The clients were not completing all of the onboarding steps in the welcome email.
Paradise Solution: We took a look at all of the onboarding steps and how the information was given to the clients. After reviewing the process we came up with a redesign plan so that the business owner was less overwhelmed and the new clients felt supported and were able to complete all onboarding steps. We also created a client portal with support documents, nutrition videos, and frequently asked questions.
Case Study 2
Obstacle: The business owner had amazing creative content, but had no idea what to do with it. She also wanted to start teaching virtual courses that included her content.
Paradise Solution: We came up with a plan to build an eLearning course with a client portal that housed information. The eLearning course was built for asynchronous/synchronous learning using a Learning Management System (Canvas).
The LMS system was very user friendly for the owner to setup and for her clients to use. Their is also a canvas application that can be installed on to smart phones. This allowed her and her clients to have mobile accessibility to her content, which is very important. If she needed to send a message to the class she could do so from her phone and everyone enrolled in the eLearning course receive an email and a notification through the application.
The owner hosted weekly live synchronous classes via zoom video platform. In the Canvas LMS system we created a zoom meeting schedule where they could login on any digital device (mobile or laptop) to join the weekly live meetings. After the meeting cloud recordings available within a couple of hours in that same section of the LMS.
This allowed for her to record the live classes to the cloud so that her clients could access the videos at their own convenience.
