Registration

There will be no registration fees and charges for the participants.

Registration for participants requiring accommodation or travel support was closed on July 24th, 2019.

Travel support and accommodation will be provided subject to availability of resources and following Govt. of India rules and regulations.

Local participants (i.e., those who require neither accommodation nor travel support but wish to attend the lectures) can register here. (closed on Jan 3rd). The form can be edited after submission as well.

There is an excursion (a paid event) and the deadline for registering for the same is December 10th, 2019. Other details can be updated later as well. The deadline for the same is December 25th, 2019.

There will be a poster session and interested participants can express their willingness to present a poster in the form.
