The Problem Statement:
MetricStream builds enterprise and cloud Apps for GRC enables organizations to strengthen risk management, regulatory compliance, vendor governance, and quality management while driving business performance.
ComplianceOnline is a part of MetricStream which guides and trains professionals on regulations and compliance. ComplianceOnline was always a profitable part of MetricStream but its revenue growth had stagnated. The cost to acquire a lead through digital marketing was very high. But, the conversion rate was low. Not only that, as the user base is very niche, no of lead was not increasing after burning money in marketing. So within the organization, they announced a competition "Idea for Growth". I presented my idea and my idea was selected.
MetricStream sells GRC software to big enterprises. But, Compliance online sells their training retail or corporate basis separately. The idea was to gift all MetricStream clientele a free app "KNOWSTREAM" for GRC Q&A (as regulations and compliance are always tricky.) Professionals need authentic and credible answers to save their billions of dollars. Compliance Online already had 10 years+ worth of knowledge materials (webinar and seminar Q&As).
Without spending a single penny on marketing ComplianceOnline can reach target users through this app and push its webinar and seminar which can lead to a significant amount of revenue growth.
I designed the UI of the app and also took active participation in product building.
