About Project Commander

Project Commander is your personal project workspace on Android.

Organize each project with notes, photos, documents, voice recordings, drawings, text boxes, and to-do lists. Search across everything, lock sensitive projects with a password or biometric unlock, and export a project as a ZIP when you need to share or back it up.

Choose a home screen style — from modern tiles to retro Commander modes — and work the way you like.

Your projects live on this device. Project Commander does not require an account or an internet connection.

Privacy Policy

YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST

All your data stays on your device. Project Commander stores your projects, notes, files, and recordings locally on your phone or tablet. We do not run servers, cloud accounts, or online sync for your content.

NO TRACKING OR DATA SALES

Project Commander does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage statistics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

PERMISSIONS ONLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM

Camera access is used only when you take a photo. Microphone access is used only when you record audio. Biometric unlock uses your device's secure hardware to open password-protected projects — we never see or store your biometric data.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

Delete projects or individual items at any time. Export a project only when you choose to. Optional Android device backup may include app data according to your system settings; that backup is managed by your device and account provider, not by Project Commander.

Project Commander is built for people who want a simple, private place to keep their work organized — without sending their life to the cloud.
