Our Service
Our Service is designed to help consumers make informed choices and deter illegal or fraudulent calling activities. By providing a variety of smart features, our Service supports connectivity while helping to prevent disruptive and deceitful calls, enabling users to make better decisions and reducing the likelihood of the community being targeted by harmful or misleading actions. These features include:
Reporting and Blocking Spam: Users can report and block numbers, adding them to a personal spam list, or potentially to a regional spam list. When a number is flagged as spam by a certain number of users, others who receive a call from that number will be notified.
Caller ID, Dialer, SMS & Block: Our Caller ID function displays the caller's name before the consumer answers, and flags calls from numbers reported as spam.
Number Search (Reverse Lookup): Individuals, including non-registered users, can manually search a number on a web-based platform to verify the identity of the caller and whether the number has been reported as spam. The contact information collected is used solely to help individuals identify unknown incoming calls, confirm unknown numbers through reverse lookup, and to report or block fraudulent, intrusive, or inappropriate calls.
These features are designed to address deceptive and abusive practices that exploit caller anonymity, whether in telemarketing or other types of intrusive or misleading activities.
Our mission is to enhance consumer privacy by providing information on who is calling, while also promoting accountability across the industry.
Important Note: Nothing in this Privacy Policy restricts your legal rights, including your rights to seek remedy or enforcement of those rights.
