Welcome to Invoice Maker, a mobile application developed by JanoGroup LLC to help users create, manage, sign, store, export, and share invoices and estimates.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Invoice Maker accesses, how that information is used and stored, which third-party services may process information, and what choices you have.
By downloading or using Invoice Maker, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Account and Personal Information
Invoice Maker does not require you to create an account or sign in.
Through the app’s current core functionality, JanoGroup LLC does not directly request or collect account information such as your username, password, or profile.
However, you may voluntarily enter personal or business information into invoices, estimates, payment settings, or other documents, including:
- your name or business name
- business address
- email address
- tax identification number
- client names and company names
- client addresses and contact details
- invoice and estimate details
- payment instructions
- bank account or IBAN information
- PayPal email address
- handwritten signatures
- descriptions of products or services
- prices, taxes, discounts, and totals
This information is entered by you to create and manage business documents.
2. Invoice and Estimate Data
Invoice Maker processes the information you enter to provide its document-creation features.
This may include:
- invoice and estimate numbers
- issue dates and due dates
- client information
- line items
- quantities and unit prices
- currency selections
- tax and discount values
- payment status
- document status, including Paid, Unpaid, Approved, and Overdue
- payment instructions
- signatures
- generated PDF documents
This information is stored locally on your device in the current version of the app.
JanoGroup LLC does not operate a separate server that receives or stores your invoices, estimates, payment details, or signatures through the app’s current functionality.
3. Payment Information
Invoice Maker allows you to add payment instructions to invoices, including bank account information, IBAN details, account-holder information, PayPal email addresses, and payment terms.
This information is used only to display payment instructions in documents you create.
Invoice Maker does not process payments between you and your clients. JanoGroup LLC does not receive or store complete payment card details through this feature.
You are responsible for deciding what payment information to include in documents and with whom those documents are shared.
4. Signatures
Invoice Maker allows you to create a handwritten signature using your device screen.
The signature may be:
- stored locally on your device
- added to an invoice or estimate
- included in generated PDF documents
- shared when you export or distribute a signed document
JanoGroup LLC does not receive or separately store your signature on its own servers through the app’s current functionality.
Because signatures may be sensitive, you should share signed documents only with trusted recipients.
5. Local App Data
Invoice Maker may store information locally on your device, including:
- invoices and estimates
- client and business information
- line items and totals
- selected currencies
- payment settings
- payment and document statuses
- signatures
- trial-reminder settings
- onboarding status
- app preferences
This locally stored information supports the app’s features.
Local data may remain on your device until:
- you delete the relevant information
- you clear the app’s data
- the operating system removes it
- you uninstall Invoice Maker
Depending on your device settings, locally stored app data may also be included in operating-system backups managed by Apple or Google.
6. PDF Creation, Printing, and Sharing
Invoice Maker can generate PDF versions of invoices and estimates.
PDF processing is performed on your device. When you choose to preview, print, save, or share a PDF, the document may be handled by:
- your device’s operating system
- a printer or printing service
- a file-storage provider
- an email or messaging application
- a cloud-storage application
- another application selected by you
Once you share or export a document, its handling is governed by the privacy practices of the selected recipient, platform, or third-party application.
JanoGroup LLC does not control how third parties process documents after you choose to share them.
Invoice Maker may offer an optional notification reminding you before a free trial ends.
Notification permission is disabled by default and is requested only if you enable the reminder.
If enabled, the app may schedule a local notification on your device. The notification countdown and delivery are managed locally through your device’s operating system.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent trial reminders from being delivered.
Invoice Maker does not use notifications for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Invoice Maker does not include third-party advertising SDKs in its current version.
We do not:
- sell personal information
- share personal information for targeted advertising
- use your document contents for advertising
- engage in cross-app behavioral tracking
- collect advertising identifiers for targeted advertising
Invoice Maker does not currently use a dedicated third-party analytics service to track your activity inside the app.
Apple, Google, app stores, operating systems, or device manufacturers may independently collect limited diagnostic, crash, installation, purchase, or usage information according to their own privacy policies and settings.
JanoGroup LLC does not control information independently collected by those platforms.
Invoice Maker may rely on third-party software and platform services, including:
- Apple App Store and Google Play distribution services
- Apple and Google operating-system services
- device notification services
- device file-storage and sharing services
- device printing services
- PDF-generation and document-preview software
- font-rendering and interface libraries
These providers may process limited technical, diagnostic, device, transaction, or usage information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Invoice Maker does not currently send invoice contents to an artificial-intelligence service for processing.
If Invoice Maker offers paid features, free trials, or subscriptions and you choose to make a purchase, the transaction will be processed by Apple or Google through the applicable app marketplace.
JanoGroup LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Apple or Google may process:
- purchase and subscription information
- transaction identifiers
- billing status
- trial eligibility
- renewal and cancellation information
Such information is handled according to the privacy policy and terms of the applicable app-store provider.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only when necessary to:
- perform an action you request, such as sharing or printing a document
- provide essential operating-system or app-store functionality
- process purchases or subscriptions through Apple or Google
- comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests
- protect the rights, safety, and security of users, JanoGroup LLC, or others
Documents are not shared unless you initiate an export, print, or sharing action, except where device backup functionality is independently enabled by you.
We take reasonable steps to design Invoice Maker with privacy and security in mind.
Most document information is maintained locally on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security for information stored on your device, included in device backups, or shared through third-party applications.
You should protect your device with an appropriate passcode, biometric authentication, and other available security features.
Locally stored information may remain on your device until:
- you delete the relevant document or information
- you clear the app’s data
- the operating system removes temporary data
- you uninstall Invoice Maker
Information shared with third-party applications or recipients may be retained according to their own policies and practices.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple or Google according to their legal obligations and privacy policies.
You may:
- choose what information to enter into invoices and estimates
- avoid including sensitive information in documents
- delete locally stored documents
- disable notification permission
- choose not to enable trial reminders
- choose whether to print, export, or share documents
- manage subscriptions through your app-store account
- clear local app data or uninstall the app
- contact us with privacy-related questions
Please note that deleting the app may not delete copies of documents previously exported, printed, backed up, or shared with other applications or recipients.
Invoice Maker may be used to process information relating to your clients or customers.
You are responsible for:
- having the necessary authority to enter and process client information
- complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws
- sharing documents only with appropriate recipients
- protecting sensitive financial and business information
- maintaining any records or notices required for your business
JanoGroup LLC does not determine what information you enter into your documents or how you use and distribute them.
Invoice Maker is intended for business and general productivity purposes. It is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum legal age required in the user’s jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Invoice Maker, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
Apple, Google, and other third-party providers selected by you may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Any information processed by those third parties is governed by their applicable privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Invoice Maker, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
If material changes are made, we may provide notice through an app update or by updating the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of Invoice Maker after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
