Official Privacy Policies and Developer Compliance declarations for Android applications published on the Google Play Store.
Welcome to our mobile applications ecosystem (including but not limited to PawDiary, Sub Track, AutoManager, PillPop, and Dopamine Menu / ADHD Tasker). This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information, diagnostic details, and sensitive metrics are handled. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy, ensuring compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA regulations.
The primary architectural core of our utility, lifestyle, and tracking applications is built on an offline-first deployment scheme:
No Cloud Infrastructure: We do not host, synchronize, transmit, or process any of your personal schedules, task logs, health records, or vehicle details on external databases or cloud servers.
Strict Local Storage: All content, preferences, and daily logs you fill inside the applications are stored completely locally within your device's secured memory (including SQLite, Room, WebView localStorage, and IndexedDB).
Clearing application cache/data via device settings or utilizing in-app reset features permanently purges all local logs instantly.
Depending on the specific application, our monetization and tracking models vary to ensure transparency:
Ad-Free Applications: Certain applications operate 100% offline without any third-party analytics trackers, advertising networks, or data-gathering SDKs.
Ad-Supported Applications: To provide free software, some of our apps integrate Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase. These services may process device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, IP addresses) and approximate location data to serve contextually relevant advertisements and analyze app performance.
Users maintain the right to restrict ad personalization options inside their operational system settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
While our core applications do not explicitly use traditional browser "cookies," third-party code and libraries (such as Google AdMob) may use them as anonymous unique identifiers to improve their services. Furthermore, we value your trust in our ecosystem. While we use commercially acceptable local means to protect your data, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Applications designed to track wellness routines, energy levels, or medication schedules are strictly organizational tools. They do not provide medical advice, professional diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health conditions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information tracked within our applications.
We comply fully with regional privacy legal structures including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA:
Right to Erase (The Right to be Forgotten): Users execute full deletion rights themselves by clearing the app data, utilizing in-app "Clear Log" options, or uninstalling the application entirely.
Right to Access & Control: All information input remains visual and interactive directly inside the client application wrapper.
Our products do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in specific European regions). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please clear the app data or contact us.
I (the Developer) explicitly declare absolute alignment with Google's operational mandates, including the Developer Distribution Agreement (DDA), Developer Identity Verification frameworks, and the secure Account Transfer guidelines.
I commit to maintaining updated and correct Data Safety Questionnaires in the Google Play Console for every published bundle. Every disclosure accurately matches our offline local architectures and precisely specifies the structural boundaries of our integrated analytics libraries.
