Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dmitrii Iakovenko, providing 608 Ready under the Cyber Sparrow Games name ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the 608 Ready iPhone application (the "App") or contact us about it.

Your study progress stays on your device. No account is required. The App has no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated backend. Optional study reminders are scheduled locally. Apple handles in-app payments. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally so you can study and resume your work:

• Your selected study goal, appearance, sound and haptic preferences, onboarding status, and reminder settings.

• Your selected answers, practice attempts, results, session history, session timing, and any unfinished session.

• Bookmarks and questions marked for review.

• The study material and question revisions needed to display your saved sessions and explanations.

Scores, coverage, and other study statistics are calculated from this local information. We do not receive your answers, scores, bookmarks, or study history. The App does not provide an account or cloud synchronization service. Device backups that you enable through Apple or your computer may include local App data under those services' settings; this is separate from an App-operated synchronization service.

2. App Store purchases

Optional Monthly Pro and Full Access purchases use Apple's in-app purchase system. The App uses StoreKit to request product details and localized prices, complete purchases, check verified access rights, and restore eligible purchases. StoreKit may provide information such as the product identifier, purchase status, expiration or revocation status, and subscription status. The App uses this information to provide the access you purchased; it does not upload it to a server operated by us.

Apple processes payments and manages the purchase history associated with your Apple Account. We do not receive your full payment-card details, bank-account details, or Apple Account password. Apple's handling of information is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. Optional study reminders

If you turn on Settings → Daily reminder, the App asks iOS for notification permission and schedules a repeating reminder on your device. The reminder time is saved locally. We do not operate a push-notification server or collect a push token for this feature.

You can switch the reminder off in the App, change its hour, or change notification permission in iPhone Settings. Declining notifications does not restrict study features or paid access.

4. Support and information you choose to send

If you contact cybersparrowgames@gmail.com, we receive your email address, any name shown by your email service, your message, and any attachments or technical details you include. We use that information to answer your request, investigate a problem, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The App's Copy diagnostics control places basic App, content, and billing-mode details on your clipboard. It does not automatically send them to us. You choose whether and where to paste them. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Email is handled by the email providers involved in the communication. Our support address uses Gmail; see the Google Privacy Policy. This does not mean the App contains Google Analytics, Firebase, or a Google advertising SDK.

5. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The App does not display third-party advertisements, integrate an analytics or crash-reporting SDK, use an advertising identifier, or track your activity across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.

Apple may process information separately when you use the App Store, device services, or Apple's optional analytics and diagnostics settings. Those settings and Apple's processing are governed by Apple. They do not enable a separate analytics service inside this App.

6. External links

The App includes links to factual references, support, legal pages, and Apple services. A linked website is opened when you choose the link. The website or browser provider may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. This Policy covers the App and our handling of support messages; it does not replace the policies of those websites.

7. Purposes and legal grounds

Local information is used to provide the study features you select. Purchase information is used to provide and verify paid access. Information voluntarily sent to support is used to respond and maintain the App. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, pursue our legitimate interests in answering support requests and maintaining security, or meet a legal obligation. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

8. Retention and deletion

• Study progress: use Settings → Reset this library's progress to clear answers, bookmarks, and sessions for the current library. This does not cancel purchases or reset all App preferences.

• Local App data: deleting the App normally removes its local container. Offloading the App may preserve its data. Copies in device backups are managed through your backup settings and may be restored with a backup.

• Support messages: retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, resolve related issues or disputes, maintain necessary business records, or satisfy legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to those requirements.

• Apple records: Apple controls retention of its payment and account records. Resetting progress or deleting the App does not delete those records or cancel an active subscription.

We cannot remotely access, retrieve, or erase the study history stored only on your device.

9. Sharing, international processing, and security

We do not operate a server that receives study activity from the App. Information you send through support may be handled by email service providers and, where reasonably necessary, advisers or authorities for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection against misuse. We do not use support messages for advertising.

Email and platform providers may process information outside your country. Their policies describe their processing locations and applicable safeguards. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no device, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy where applicable; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact us using the email address below. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the relevant support correspondence and verify your request. We will not ask for your Apple Account password.

Local study information can be managed using the controls described above. Requests about data held independently by Apple, Google, or another provider should also be directed to that provider.

11. Children's privacy

608 Ready is intended for people preparing for refrigeration and HVAC technician certification and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and address the request. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must authorize a minor's use of paid services.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable requirements. The current version is available at the 608 Ready Privacy Policy page with its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
