If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Yaaya application, we provide simple ways to do so. Once a request is submitted, our team will immediately support and process your deletion, and we will update you as soon as it is complete.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Yaaya app:
Open the Yaaya application.
Go to your Profile dashboard.
Tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your selection. Your account will be locked and queued for permanent removal.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our support team:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email Address]
Our Process & Updates: Once you send your request, our team will immediately support you and begin processing the deletion. We will securely delete your user profile information (Name, Email, Account Credentials) from our database. We will send you a confirmation update email as soon as the deletion process is fully completed.
